Brucker Company is committed to following the executive order of the Governor, and takes the health and safety of our employees and customers very seriously. We continue to be able to operate under the essential infrastructure provision as an essential Illinois business. A quick overview of the changes we are implementing because of the Coronavirus outbreak:
1. Warehouse Operations: Our stocking Warehouse operations are open. However, please make sure orders are placed ahead of time so we can expedite the pick-up process. Please phone or e-mail your sales representative ahead of time to schedule a pick-up or delivery.
- Warehouse employees are taking every precaution to keep the environment clean and sanitized.
- We are stocking at a high level to make sure we can provide the products you need for your projects. We are placing replenishment orders every day to keep you going.
2. Sales, Sales Support, Quotes, Accounting and Administrative functions: We are fully staffed with most people working from home. Everyone’s cell phone has been linked to their office extension, and you can always reach people via e-mail. If you have trouble reaching anybody, please feel free to contact me at the number provided below.
- Remote access: All employees have laptops with remote access to our systems
- Take-offs, estimating, pricing and proposals can continue remotely
3. Waiver requests and credit applications:
- Please e-mail accounting@bruckerco.com
4. Our Manufacturer’s: All of our suppliers continue to operate at this time as well. We will provide updates to this message as needed.
- Order Acknowledgments shipping notifications: we will continue to update our systems with vendor notifications on ship dates and lead times and our employees have complete access to this information.
